Dr. Ahmad Shaker is a Hematologist and Medical Oncologist practicing in St. Petersburg, Florida. Dr. Ahmad Shaker is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He also carries the American Board of Medicine certification in hematology and oncology.

Dr. Ahmad Shaker obtained his Bachelor degree from North Carolina State University where he graduated with Summa Cum Laude focusing on Nanotechnology and Biomedical Engineering. He then obtained his Medical degree from St. George’s University. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at SUNY Stony Brook University Medical Center. He then completed his fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. Dr. Shaker focuses on Hematological Malignancies such as Leukemia, Lymphoma, and Myelodysplastic Syndrome. He also has a special interested in breast cancer treatment.
