Faisal Ahmed, MD

Dr. Faisal Ahmed is a General and Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. He is board certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). A graduate with a medical degree from Sindh Medical College, Dr. Faisal completed his general psychiatry residency and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Missouri Columbia. Dr. Faisal has vast experience and received extensive training in general psychiatry, as well as the intricacies of the subspecialties, substance abuse, child and adolescent psychiatry, geriatrics and forensic psychiatry. This training included both in-patient and out-patient settings. He has worked at Advocate BroMenn Medical Group, Bloomington as the Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and Medical Director & Member. Dr. Faisal also served as the Faculty Primary Instructor at Psychiatry Residency Training Program at Lutheran General Hospital, Chicago, IL.


Jawad Arif, M.D

Dr Jawad Arif is the Managing Director of iPsychiatry Inc. and is a General and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist, with a special interest in the treatment of post-traumatic stress, anxiety, and mood disorders. Dr. Arif is Board certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). After graduating with a medical degree from Sindh Medical College, Dr. Arif completed his General Psychiatry residency at West Virginia University in Charleston, and a fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Connecticut. Dr. Arif happens to have varied experience that includes providing inpatient, outpatient, and emergency psychiatric care at Danbury Hospital and at the Institute of Living, Hartford Hospital, Connecticut. Later, he joined Sutter Center for Psychiatry (SCP) and has served as Medical Chief of Staff. Dr. Arif has also chaired the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee at SCP.


Sadaf Javaid, MD

Dr. Sadaf Javaid is a General and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist and a part of iPsychiatry team.Dr. Sadaf is Board certified in Adult Psychiatry and in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).A medical graduate of Dow Medical College, Dr. Javaid completed her Adult Psychiatry residency training at Nassau University Medical Center, Long Island, NY and her Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship training from The University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center, Austin, TX.She holds extensive research experience in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.Post residency training, Dr. Sadaf has served with David Raines Community Health Center, Shreveport, Bossier, Louisiana as Staff Child and Adult Psychiatrist.She also serves as the Staff Child Psychiatrist at the Depelchin Children’s Center, Houston, TX.


Muhammad Zafar Uddin, M.D

Dr. Muhammad Z. Uddin is the CEO of iPsychiatry, Inc. and is a General and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist. Dr. Uddin is Board certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). After graduating with a medical degree from Dow Medical College, Dr. Uddin dedicated the next few years in the field of medical research and private practice. He completed his Adult Psychiatry internship and residency from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi and his child & adolescent psychiatry fellowship from The University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center, Austin. After the completion of his residency and fellowship training, Dr. Uddin became an affiliate with Sutter Center for Psychiatry as an attending Psychiatrist. He has also served as a senior member of the Medical Executive Committee, Peer Review Committee, and also happens to be the Director of Utilization Review at Sutter Center for Psychiatry (SCP). Dr. Uddin has extensive experience working with adults, children and the geriatric population in in-patient and outpatient settings.
